Palwasha Mohmand, RN, BSN is the lead aesthetic nurse injector and clinical co-founder of Maison Zolara. A licensed Registered Nurse practicing in the State of Michigan, she specializes in neurotoxin injection (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, Xeomin), hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, PDO thread lifts, RF microneedling, and laser-based skin treatments.

Palwasha operates under the direct supervision of the practice's Medical Director and holds current clinical certifications in aesthetic injection techniques. Her clinical philosophy emphasizes natural-looking results, conservative dosing, and patient education — ensuring every outcome is intentional and reversible-first.

Dr. Igor Shkolnik, MD serves as the Medical Director of Maison Zolara Medical Spa in Lansing, Michigan. He provides physician oversight, medical direction, and clinical governance for all aesthetic and medspa procedures performed at the practice.

Under Michigan law and Maison Zolara's clinical protocols, the Medical Director reviews treatment standards, maintains prescriptive authority for neurotoxins and controlled substances, and ensures every treatment plan meets the highest standard of patient safety and medical ethics.
